What is Wellbeing Coaching?

Wellbeing coaching focusses on improving your emotional and mental health.

It is a powerful conversation between you and your coach and is completely focused on you and the areas in your life that you want to improve.

A wellbeing coach is like having a personal trainer for the mind. I will listen to you, draw on your strengths, help you overcome challenges and barriers and help you take the steps needed to move forward and achieve your goals.

Wellbeing coaching can help with anything be it personal or work related, such as relationships, LGBTQ+ issues, new beginnings, transition and changes, career shift, divorce, bereavement, retirement; or the focus could be health and wellbeing, managing anxiety, self acceptance and resilience.
